Partially funded by the Mental Health Services Act Funds and the Orange County Behavioral Health Services and in collaboration with California State University Fullerton, this festival features gallery exhibitions as well as art workshops, writing seminars, plays, movie screenings, and music performances to raise awareness about stigmas associated with the mental health community. Morningside Presbyterian Church member, Janice DeLoof is the GCAC 37th Artist in Residence for this festival and her art work will also be exhibited in the INSIDE-OUT project room exhibit and as part of a collaborative, interactive exhibit in the Artist in Residence studio.  See web site above for listing of events or at
